The LUMI Method™ | Detox Treatment
More than a lymphatic treatment, The LUMI Method™ is our signature whole-body lymphatic detox treatment designed to support healthy lymphatic flow, circulation, fluid movement, and overall well-being.
The treatment begins with gentle movement on the vibration plate before transitioning into various forms of intentional lymphatic bodywork. Techniques including shiatsu, acupressure, fascia release, and restorative touch are thoughtfully integrated to encourage healthy flow, reduce the appearance of puffiness and fluid retention, release tension, and leave the body feeling lighter and more balanced.
Red and near-infrared light therapy are layered throughout the experience to further support circulation, recovery, and skin health, while targeted facial and skin treatments bring the restorative benefits of The LUMI Method™ from body to skin.

Combining advanced clinical skincare with elements of our signature LUMI Method™, each treatment is thoughtfully designed to address your individual skin concerns, whether on the face, body, or both.
Every treatment begins with a comprehensive assessment of your skin, concerns, and goals. From there, clinical-grade skincare, corrective techniques, and advanced modalities are selected based on what your skin needs that day — whether addressing acne and congestion, hyperpigmentation, inflammation, dehydration, uneven tone and texture, keratosis pilaris, signs of aging, or simply maintaining healthy, radiant skin.
Depending on your individual needs, your treatment may incorporate professional exfoliation, enzyme therapy, targeted resurfacing, corrective masks, red and near-infrared light, facial sculpting, fascia work, and intentional lymphatic stimulation. Each modality is selected with purpose, supporting both immediate improvements and long-term skin health.
