Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

• During holidays, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, shipping method selected, and order weight.

Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

LUMI Skin & Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be resent.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility.

LUMI Skin & Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

• Verify the shipping address.

• Check with household members or neighbors.

• Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

• Contact us if you need additional assistance.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the shipping box

• Photos of the damaged product(s)

We will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund if the damage is confirmed.

International Shipping

At this time, LUMI Skin & Wellness ships within the United States only.

If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated.
